Yalta, our Cocktail tribute to Sir Winston Churchill

Ideal Cocktail bar take part on the Cocktal celebration to Sir Winston Churchill.

José María Gotarda give us his new creation: The cocktail YALTA, named for the Yalta Conference tribute to Sir Winston Churchill.

The Yalta is a very rounder and structured cocktail, that goes perfectly with a good cigar.

Cocktail Yalta

  • 4 cl. Bulldog
  • 3 cl. De Cocchi Vermut
  • 2 cl. Prune Syrup
  • 3 strokes bitter chocolate
  • Orange Twist
  • Decoration: licorice and an orange spiral

Homage Cocktails to Sir Winston Churchill

The founder of  Bulldog Gin, Anshuman Vohra, present us a delicious homage to Sir Winston Churchill  as a memorial to his birthday on november 30.

This event will take part in cities such as London and New York for second year to remmember this politician well known for his leadership during the world war II.

  • 1/2oz (15ml) Sour Mix
  • 1/4oz (8ml) Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4oz (8ml) Simple Syrup
  • 6-8 Leaves of mint
  • Club Soda

  • 1 1/2oz (45ml) BULLDOG Gin
  • 1/2oz (30ml) Orange Juice
  • 1/2oz (30ml) Cardamom juice
  • 1/2oz (30ml) Fresh lime juice
